Measuring the Difficult to Measure: Teaching and Learning with an iPad

This article describes the design of three distinctive data collection instruments that an education institution can implement to measure teaching and teachers’ perceptions as a largescale transformative mobile learning program is launched on a campus. Our primary goal is to review how one college within a system of 20 campuses engaged faculty in the early stages of a national mobile learning program.
